She taught all age levels at church in VBS and Sunday school from elementary to adult. She volunteered her time as bookkeeper, office duties as needed, and nothing was too menial cleaning and decorating seasonally at the church, helping with funeral meals to name a few. She was involved in Women's Missionary Union through her church years. She also volunteered at the towns food pantry and for years worked with a group of townspeople to be sure the Fourth of July fireworks were funded. She loved when her grandchildren and great-grandchildren came to visit. She loved family reunions – large and small.
