Patricia J. Ensign, 76, of Bement, IL., passed away at 12:15 P.M., on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at the Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello, IL.
Private family graveside services will be in the Bement Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family to help with expenses.
Pat was born on April 13, 1946 in Bement, IL., a daughter of Marion and Ruby Sparks Pierce. She married Harry Ensign on October 30, 1964, in Cerro Gordo, IL., and he died on January 30, 2001. Surviving children include; Larry D. Ensign, Peggy (Glenn) Grant, and Michael J. Ensign, as well as 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother; Jim Pierce, and a sister; Mary (Donnie) Ford. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 2 daughters, Teri Ensign and Tina Lilly.
