William E. “Billy” Malcom, 90, of Denton, TX., passed away at 3:30 A.M., on October 2, 2021, at the Avalon Memory Care, Lewisville, TX.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at the First Baptist Church of Ponder, 101 South Highway 156, Ponder, TX. Burial will be on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 9:15 A.M., in the Dallas – Ft. Worth National Cemetery, with Military rites for the Army veteran. The Pastor Kim Broadstreet will officiate. Billy was born on February 6, 1931 in Marlow, OK., a son of William E. and Francis E. Stephens Malcom. He married Donna Smith on January 25, 1956, and she survives of Denton. Surviving children include; Monty (Betty) Malcom of Lubbock, TX., Tracie Holmes of Corinth, TX., Neila (Kerry) Scheller of Questa, N.M., Rance (Marci) Malcom of Corinth, TX, and D'Lynn (Chris) McCoppin of Corinth, TX. Also surviving are grandchildren; Jackie Bebout, Tyrell (Ana Marisa) Bebout, Austen (Mary Joe) Holmes, Tanner (Mary) Holmes, Branton (Kayla Broughton) Holmes, Kale (Niki) Malcom, Konner (Hannah) Malcom, Keaton (Meredith) Malcom, Brady Killham, as well as a step-granddaughter; Shelia (Brent) Molloy, 15 Great-Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
